Delivery Details

Goods can be ordered over the phone or on-line but if you would like to discuss the products we offer and which would best suit your requirements we are happy to answer any queries by phone or by email. All orders placed before 2:30pm will be sent out that day by overnight courier. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday should arrive before 3:00pm the next day. Orders placed on Fridays should arrive before 3:00pm on the following Monday. For Saturday delivery an extra delivery charge will apply. Deliveries should take no more than three working days to reach you (unless otherwise specified).

* Large items such as kilns and studio equipment are often made to order and may take longer to deliver, you will be advised at the time of ordering when to expect delivery. Delivery charges for kilns will be quoted on an individual basis, based on size of kiln and delivery area.

A postage and packing charge of £11+vat applies to all orders being delivered with in the UK under £50. Orders sent outside mainland UK will be quoted on an individual basis. All returned goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and must be returned in packaging it was received in.
