Terms of Service

Goods may be ordered on-line or by telephone. Online orders are placed on a secure server and your personal information is password encrypted before it is sent to us. Telephone orders should be confirmed in writing to avoid discrepancies.

The Liquid Glass Shop operates secure payment system on its website and takes every possible care to ensure the safety and privacy of its customer's information. However if you would prefer you let us know your credit card details over the phone instead of using our website we would to except to do this. We take all major credit cards except American Express and we are happy to except UK cheques.

Goods can be ordered over the phone or on-line but if you would like to discuss the products we offer and which would best suit your requirements we are happy to answer any queries by phone or by email. All orders placed before 2:30pm will be sent out that day by overnight courier. Orders placed on Monday to Thursday should arrive before 3:00pm the next day. Orders placed on Fridays should arrive before 3:00pm on the following Monday. For Saturday delivery an extra delivery charge will apply. Deliveries should take no more than three working days to reach you (unless otherwise specified).

* Large items such as kilns and studio equipment are often made to order and may take longer to deliver, you will be advised at the time of ordering when to expect delivery. Delivery charges for kilns will be quoted on an individual basis, based on size of kiln and delivery area.

A postage and packing charge of £10+vat applies to all orders being delivered with in the UK under £50. Orders sent outside mainland UK will be quoted on an individual basis.

In certain circumstances credit may be offered on a 30 day basis how ever all goods remain the property of the Liquid Glass Centre until payment is made in full.

VAT is charged at the UK standard rate on all items delivered to a UK address. Customers in the EU will only be exempt from VAT if a company VAT number and trading address is supplied. Sales outside the EU are exempt from VAT but import tax may be charged by the local Customs office. All books are zero rated for VAT.

All returned goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and must be returned in packaging it was received in. Guarantee

Liquid Glass Ltd gives no additional guarantee on any product other than the guarantee issued by the manufacturer. Any disputes will be deemed to be under UK law as the seat of the dispute.

Liquid Glass Ltd will endeavor to keep fixed and competitive pricing where possible. However, currency fluctuations may force us to change our prices without notice. Customers will be notified of changes when placing an order.

All goods supplied by Liquid Glass Ltd are sold on the understanding that the purchaser will use them in accordance with relevant safety standards.

Liquid Glass Ltd takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. All information gathered through our website is password protected and is only used for the purpose of processing your order, we do not give/sell your information to any third parties unless required by law.

If information is gathered over the telephone it may be recorded on paper, all of this information is safely destroyed once the order has been processed and this will be within the same day.
